Our field research is an annalisys of the gender imbalnace situation in technology, it's challenges and opportunities for change.
POLICY
Practical, imaginative policy prescriptions. Our goal is not merely to understand but also to identify policy prescriptions, along with our field-based research and analysis, and present them in succinct, timely and readable reports.

TOOLKIT
The policy team is working on toolkits specially created for female founders, the media and VCs to identify and implement best practices around gender balance.

EDUCATION
The best practice toolkits will be rolled out through education programs in partnership with top corporations and publishing partners.
ADVOCACY
Effective, high-level advocacy. Strong advocacy means effective communication persuading media and VCs directly or through others who influence them. Our board is instrumental in giving us access at high levels.

TOP 100
The Top 100 gender equality list will establish high-level advocacy based on role modeling, through partnerships and board of advisers to influence gender equality in corporations.
